I see Rio has a new 'improved' pump out - the HyperFlow.

Is it possible they noticed all the bad things people say about their pumps online?  ;D

If you know anything about this new pump, please share!

I'm interested in this new line of pumps from Rio also. I'm currently using 1=800, 1=1700, 1=2500. I haven't really had any problems with any of these yet. Sometimes when I shut them down I have to tap them a little to get them re-started though. Anyone else have this problem?

Bad things...never had any trouble. This new one looks like a shot at Tunze's new stream. I gotta get one of those.

I have a Rio 32hf, and its great. This pump delivers every bit of the flow it says it will; 1920 GPH. I have a 125g reef tank and a 40g sump. The 32HF does a nice job of circulating the tank.

I have had a slight problem with the impeller sticking, as previously stated above, but for the price, this pump is really worth it.
