What is everybody’s opinion about covers? I just added a 18” Hang on refugium and want to move it to the side but to do this I would have to remove the covers and get legs for Coral Life PCs. I have 65 Gallon angled so I need a step ladder to work on the Refugium where it is now, and it looks very nice with the sand, live rock ,and plants. Sort of feel like I am wasting it in the back out of site.

well, havent had any exp with that type of fuge, but i dont see why it would be a prob, most fuge's are open and i dont think this is any diff than those (just a bit smaller ;))

having it on the side will be a attention getter and a conversation starter, which is a plus.  any time i can talk about the tank the better i am ;)

PS, let me know if it turns out to be problem :)
