    Cool job Sparky, I am some what jealous and impressed. I cant build nothing like that. I need to build a sump and will swipe spme of your ideas.

    It'll be awhile until the corals, I think. Have to get the halide mounted and learn to keep the params in check first. Stay tuned! :)

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Certainly is an interesting build. I am intrigued by the overflow!

    Nano's are the perfect tank when employment comes and goes. While I miss the large fish I am more than happy with a few fish and more corals.

    It is really going to be something with the lighting and the flow.

    So the pipe bending is finished and the halide is hanging. I'll run power to it tomorrow. Here are the pics of the finished mount for the light.

    It all starts with a 10' straight piece of pipe and a bender. In this case it's 1/2" pipe. This is standard metallic tube used for running conductors for electrical work.

    Then I bent 2-90 degree bends to give it some linear surface area into which screws could secure it to the stand.
