Thanks, Steve. Almost. If you look in the 3rd pic from the bottom, within the TV screen you can see the coupling if you look hard.

The pipe starts from the right, goes up, across the top, and descends down to almost make it to the left side of the stand, but it was about 3 feet too short.

Gotta love electricians and our resourcefulness. A couple of years back, I built a wheelchair frame for a black lab that had hip problems out of 1/2" EMT for a GC I was working with. +K :)

You will need to put a pull point in that run as it has more than 360d of bend...

    Looks good reefsparky.

Just a thought. I have built tree stands, dog boxs, christmas trees, etc....out of EMT. If you dont like the look of the coupling...One trick I have used is to take a piece of alumunium rod and insert into both ends of the pipe (where the coupling is at) and use a self taping screw to screw the pipe to the aluminum rod from the backside and the joint will almost disappear. You could put a little bondo or other type of filler on it and smooth it out and then paint it whatever color you want to to make it look truely seemless.

It was pretty rewarding. Thanks. :)

Yup. If it weren't for the set screws it would almost disappear.

That's a good idea. The coupling doesn't bother me, so I'll leave it be, but if I ever have the need in the future, I now have your trick in my toolbelt! :)

The light is now burning. I'll take a few weeks get and keep params in check before moving the softies from the 90 into the nano.
