Red Fur ball and Hard Green brush algae, help me!!!

    The red fur ball algae grwos on rocks and substrate, then detaches itself and flows around..... dont know what is it nor how to get rid of it..... And the green algae is really hard (brush like) and its so firmly attached that if i pull it, the entire rock moves..... i wana get rid of these and also want an id as i couldnt find 1......
