    I would check that your tank is not having large temp swings during the day well your at work is your place all shut up during the days?
    some times temp spikes during the middle of the day when no ones their can be a sneaky killer.

    thankx so much for the info guys my temp move about2 degrees tops i checked all day long this is a brand new tank nothin else has never been in it how do i know if i have my lights on to little or to much the blue light comes on an hour before and after the main light comes on the main lights are on for 8 hours

    Sounds like ammonia burn :-/ Dont give up, im in tatamy and when tank gets settled i could walk over and give some frags :D

    geekdafied i never read the back of the 2 part solution but it deos have mag in the 2nd part thankx for tellin me that i goin to just use the 2 part so is there any thing else that u guys suggest i do other than the cal and alk builder

    Essential Elements? If I'm not mistaken, that stuff contains iodine as well?
