Radium DE vs SE

    Radium de only comes 150 w while se will have upto 400w.

    The quality of bulb will depend on fixture and type of ballast

    Here is how I see it:
    Radium 150 DE - appears white. It is not what we typically call 20K
    Radium 250 SE - white/blue with a touch of actinic
    Radium 400 SE - white/blue
