Great to hear on the customer service but why are these Radions failing?

Good Question! Now I am REALLY disappointed. Either I am doing something rediculously wrong, or this light doesn't work either. This really sucks. $750, two lights, and I'm staring at a dark tank.

    Oh, man ... no way!
I've been trying to pick an LED system for my new 120 build.
I'll be watching to see what kind of answers you get.
    Keep us posted.

Hmmm...I would check forward voltage coming from your home receptacle. Hope everything works out for you.

This thread makes me nervous about ordering a radion.

I know of many with no problems...including mine. Customer Service is second to none. One of my Vortechs broke (fell) and they overnighted a replacement to me...free of charge!

Got my new power supply last night and neither light works yet. BUT.... I have to say that the customer service at Ecotech is second to none and they are determined to get me up and running as quickly as possible.
This is a first class company.

If I may, for those who don't know the cost of these lights-
    that's $750 dollars- per light x 2 = $1500
