    Would i be able to grow anything under a Odyssea 24 inch 96 watt T5 HO lighting system in my 36 gallon bowfront?

    Howany bulbs is that? Ive never had a t5 system but ive seen them, generally you want 2 for softies, 4 for lps and 6 for sps.

    Yes you should be able to keep whatever you want. Just change the bulbs that come with it after 3 to 6 months and replace with ATI, Geisemann or UVL bulbs.
