I have a pistol shrimp and wondered if sexy shrimp are in danger with the pistol? Right now, he's hunkered under some rock building tunnels - I have a 54 gallon tank.......

I wouldn't try it in my tank. Chances are they become a meal for the pistol.

Had a pistol shrimp with sexy shrimp. The sexy shrimp were always too far up in the corals or rocks and the shrimp was always to obsessed with burrowing and burying hermits and snails to care about the sexy. I imagine if a sexy makes it way down to the area and encounters the pistol it may very well become a meal.

I had a similar setup. The Sexy would stay on top of the rock work doing her dance. Pistol and Goby Were under the rocks never wanting to leave the shadow line. I also noticed the high turnover rate of the CuC in that tank.
