Every weekend i do a 5g water change and i will clean the tank inch by inch! I do so by scraping the glass and blowing the rocks off with the turkey baster and all that stuff and the tank gets VERY dirty looking with all the detritus flying around..I am wondering if this will effect anything with Params/Corals?

As long as you have some kind of filtration running, what you're doing is a good thing.

Okay, carbon and LR rubble and a skimmer.

Well, it'll probably just settle in the live rock rubble. If you could place some kind of filter or floss in there when you do it to actually catch all the detritus then pull it out, you'd be better off.
