    Once the glue and paint is dried according to manufacture recommendations you will be fine.

    paint can says 24 hours or 48 hours for extra coat..

    Well, I wouldn't worry about taking too long. You've still only got live rock in there, so it's not like you have stuff to worry about with no overflow.

    ok i have another question that keep driving me crazy lol, its a must to have a check valve or air valve on the U thats over the tank ring?
