PSK-100 bought March 2011

Dear ESHOPPS,
I'm going to say I do like this skimmer but the pump quality is under par
I'm now haveing issues with heat, broking little white rings, etc.
Now this skimmer is 5 months old , I have e-mailed your team with ok time responce till today I was told you won't warranty my equipment because I bought it on amazon ***.
I then asked what the replacement cost was for the pump already upset at the fact your company refuses to warranty your product even with valid receipt and I don't see any info on your site about this . I have not gotten a e-mail back from your team ....
I'm guessing that would have been my last ESHOPPS purchase and my first

sorry as the reason you haven't hear back is because the lady that's in charge of that department is off today. as for warranty, under our warranty policy, if is purchased under 2nd hand, is not under warranty. but if your purchase is brand new and under warranty, we will be more than happy to help you. can you email her again with a copy of your receipt and mentioned you talked to Chris at 3Reef. Once she gets in on Monday, she will response back to you. Thank you for your patience.

 

I will do so right now , and please note everyone this was not me whining as i did purchase this brand-new and was really tosses for a loop at the email I received.
