3 months is way too young for an anemone to survive, unfortunately. The biological system is too volitile at that stage to sustain anemones. That aside, if the tank was mature enough (minimum of 8 months), 10G is a bit too small for BTAs, since they tend to grow large in the right conditions and needs TONS of dissolved oxygen. They need fairly strong lighting, at least good T5s or moderate MH. Too strong and they will bleach, too weak and they will bleach. Anemones are very hard to keep healthy.

So if I got a 70 watt metal halide and let my tank age for a while I could possibly keep an anemone alive?
