So my roommate didn't pay the utilities like he told me he did and our power was shut off today. I made him go to the utilities place right away to pay so they will be turned back on asap. Is there anything I should worry about/ do while my tank doesn't have any power? It might be a few hours.

yes, beat your roommate over the head repeatedly until he gets it turned back on. then beat some more until they assure you it wont happen again :)

in all honesty with 0 flow in the tank the corals wont be happy at all. beside that you should be fine for a couple hours. i test my water if i loose power, just cuz im anal about my water params.

to keep the water oxygenated you can you get a pitcher and scoop up some tank water then simply pour it back in every now and then (don't do it constantly lol just a few times an hour)

+1 to beating your roommate. I hate roommates.
