    Par30 LED Kit 4 Blues 1 Cool White Should I get 40, 60, or 90 degree optics? Not sure about the spread I need for a 10 gallon.

    Just one par30? Then I'd go 90* optics.

    Might be hard for a maxima in there considering its an sps frag tank, and that will suck up all your mag and calc right there. you'll probably have to dose like crazy, and make lots of water changes.

    Changed it to a zoa/ricordea frag tank ;)

    If it was an sps frag tank then I'd say no, due to the high demand from the maxima clam as well as sps (if together). I think you should be ok if the corals are zoas/ rics.

    I hope to have a few clams in my 29. Whenever that happens.

    The tank is all cleaned and ready to go. I have decided to wait for the holidays in December to start with this build, I want to focus more on my main 34. There are a few corals I have been eyeing and I am going to go with those for now. 8)

    Ok so the tank is now cleaned. Do I have to cycle the frag tank if I will not have any fish in it for a while?
