    Update:

At my Wi Reef Socierty Party last night, they brought the par meter!

Although the outsides of my lights look the same, and the LEDs are the same pattern and colors, they PAR meter doesn't lie.

MY Evergrows had a lesser PAR at each seeting, and an overall slightly less PAR!

IMHO- these are superior lights for many reasons- and it looks like the same light

Amazon.com: EXPOWERTT Dimmable Aquarium Coral Reef LED Grow Light (120W Output, full spectrum Two-Year Warranty: Pet Supplies

These things are PAR monsters! I'm currently running the bluer channel ~ 90%,
and the Whiter channel ~ 50%.

I'm still seeing new growth, and new/better colors than my previous 120degree. 2 color only, no dimmers TaoTronics.

At a depth in my DT, my 2 color non dimmables were getting about 375PAR,
The new full specturm 90degree lights at that same depth are getting over 900PAR, at 100%.

    Huge difference.

Even the forum moderator, a big reefer himself who brought the meter to my house

Stated that these lights 'put about everyone else to shame'!

Your Evergrow light looks similar to the Evergrow IT2040 I have over my tank. I love that light...

My Evergrow IT2040 specs: The IT2040 comes with 55 Bridgelux LEDs that create an amazing 165 watts of effective light. This amazing light is fully programmable using a remote and the built in LCD keypad. You can program sunrise and sunset and moon cycle, and change the lighting intensity from 0-100% in either one-half, or one hour intervals.

    CHANNEL ONE:
    6 White @6500K
    15 White @14K
    2 Red @660NM
    2 Cyan @520 NM
    1 Yellow/Orange @580-595NM

    CHANNEL TWO:
    22 Blue @460NM
    4 Violet @410NM

    CHANNEL THREE:
    3 Blue @460NM

How does this compare with your lighting setup? I am always curious about the spectrum of light that some people have chosen with their LED setup.

Hey Todd, is there anyway to get moonlights out of these?

KC- I think the housing may be the same, but they are different lights.
The channels/#/wavelength is posted in Post #1 on this thread in the picture of the sticker on the light.

Your's not only has slightly different LED's and a moonlight channel,
Your is also controllable, mine is only dimmable, nothing else.
The price tag is a bit different too.
My dimmable/ non controllable model ships to your door for about $130US.

The lights KC posted come with a moonlight channel.

Thanks for the reply. There is a slight difference in price then. How do you like your lights? How are your corals and fish doing under this setup?

Realize I HAD the 120w, one blue and one white color only, 120degree/non dimmable LED's.
With these I had great growth, etc.

I replaced them with these, and wow, better color, new growth branches w/in 2 weeks, Way more powerful- based solely on PAR readings, etc.

The fish? Oh yea, those guys lol- they said they like it too!
