    The munnid isopods is a good chance.

    They still appear smaller than that and not as noticeable legs. But very close yes.

    Is it attached to the fish? If so, sounds like a parasitic isopod. Or was it just crawling around and crawled over?

    the parasitic isopods can be smaller... chances are if it's hanging on the fish it's parasitic.
