There has been this type of pod that has been thriving in my sump for the past few weeks. Not exactly sure what they are, they don't like like any amphipod I have seen nor a tisbe pod. The closest thing I can relate it to is a ant.... It is a one piece body though, but seems to walk not swim, has small antenna. Well currently there is on in the DT that is on my clown goby, it has been moving between is eye and front of his face and I am not sure if this is a issue or how to get it off the fish... Anyone had this happen before? I know it isnt exactly a disease but not sure if it is actually a type of parasite.

Im gonna say no on the Isopod, larger than a copepod, smaller than a amphipod. Body is narrow, appears to have multiple tiny legs, 2 antena, whitish in color, they seem to walk not swim. Picture a underwater ant that is white. They like to hang out on the power cord for my return pump.

Nowhere near that size, I would compare that to a rollie pollie or potato bug or whatever you want to call it. The things im seeing are much smaller, about 1/8th or less the size of a ant.
