I just started plumbing my cy192 last night. I'm about halfway cause I'm new. I use 1" pvc from my cpr cs90 overflow to the top intake of the sump and 3/4" pvc from the side of the sump back to the tank. I have a "quiet one pump" (3000) inside the sump to return the water, with a ball valve on the outside of the return to control the flow. I have taken the bio-bale out of the sump because at some point I want to be able to control my nitrate level. and I will have live rock in my tank about 2lbs. per gallon. I have a 54gallon corner tank.
