pimple on my damsel

I am in my second week of cycling my tank with live rock and a yt damsel. I turn my lights on once a day to feed and to check on things.
3 days ago I saw a bump (pimple look like) on my Damsel tail but it was not white yet it was the color of the fish.
Yesterday the tip of the pimple is white and now this morning he has the same thing at the same place on the other side of it's tail.
it actually look like he has a body piercing.
Is ich bumpy like pimple?
What's wrong with my first fish?

He eats good.
since yesterday he looks more nervous when I get close to the tank.

Add garlic oil to the food to help the immune system. I don't think it is ich if it looks like it is going through the tail.

I am sure someone will see this thread and provide more info.

 

What do u mean? Can I press fresh garlic juice and soak his food in it?

 

There are some additives on the market that have garlic in them. Try and get Selcon if you can it has garlic and vitamins if I remember right.
