Thanks Cindy and Matt! The tank has changed quite a bit since I took those pics so I'll have to post some new ones soon.

Now if only I could get that green carpet to stop eating fish, I'd be all set :) I've learned my lesson though, no more expensive meals for that bugger!!

    Thanks guys!

John, the tank was lit with 440 watts VHO when I took those pics. I recently upgraded my lighting though so I now have 660 watts of VHO over the tank (90 gallons) :)

    Hi Amcarring

I have 4.93 watts per gallon 370 on a 75 that is just a little more than you had at 4.88 watts per gallon with your 440 watt vho do you think that this would be ok or do you think I should wait until I upgrade to the Halides?............ John

PS What do you feed them?

The lighting you have now will be just fine for the candy cane. :)

I've never target fed my corals. One of my "reefer" friends who has over 30 years experience said it best when he said "the only thing I've ever target fed is my children" :) I have, however, seen the coral scarfing down flakes, brine and mysis shrimp but only when it can catch it.
