Very nice downsize! Nice tank and entire system set up.
I"m assuming you're going Bare Bottom? Does your spouse know that? -J/K

Let me/us know if it actually ends but being less maintenance time.

Todd, yes, she does know I am bare bottom and she kinda likes it! I was lazy with my old tank and never vacuumed detritus or anything. it does pile in a corner and all i have to do is vacuum that out into my filter sock when I change them.

That Phone is water proof this you test it out under water? I love the smaller bare bottom tank idea. Has anyone covered the bottom with different colors of Coral Like GSP? I think that would look cool.

    Rolo,

NO, I have not tested its ability. they told me it is not good to submerge it but if I drop in a puddle or sink it wont hurt it. I may try to put some of my green zoas on the floor. My frag tanks were completely covered on the bottoms with coralline which looked pretty cool.

I forgot about the coralline coverage that and the zoas together will definitely make for an interesting floor. As far as the phone goes I was watching a show on how they actually waterproof them. It's a gas of some type they use to put a coating over all of it. They initially started it this for military purposes back in 2003 I think it was. So our soldiers would stay dry.
