I had a small out break of cyano in one corner of my tank My PO4 is at 0.1ppm i tried the the sponge it helped but still persists. PO4 out of DI reads the same (0.1)aha... source i said But which filters to replace? all, DI only I dont think RO removes PO4 but im not positive.Would the TDS meter still read 0 if there is PO4?

Boomer posted a great link about TDS meters.

I think the most PO4 that is premoved is 99% by the ro/di system.
Someone said that Kalk does a nice job removing it but I am not for sure on that one.
