    I personally really like the MR1 NextReef reactors.

    However, I would get just the reactor and run it with a Maxi-Jet 1200 pump for like 30 bucks. Great acrylic work, and nice over sized chamber. I run my BRS High Capacity GFO in that, with the ROX carbon in a media bag on top of the sponge divider in the same reactor. Really no need for a second in that manner, as the ROX require a bag anyways.

    Heres a list of what you would need;

    I haven't read all the responses but I think you're been given great suggestions. I have 2 of the 2LF Phosban150 reactors that hang on my sump, no leaks. I run carbon in one 24x7 and I GFO in the other as needed. These reactors are fairly cheap and do an OK job. I would look into something like Pura Phoslock or Roha for GFO. Good luck.
