    are you sure its not a purple firefish? they seem to alwasy be twice as expensive around here.

    BTW a peacock can get up to 10" in captivity, and i've seem some change colors under different lighting

    yeah no the purple fire fish are like 40. its just a red one.

    well i keep a firefish in my tank. maybe a clown with a coral to host?

    Anemones require bright intense light and peacocks do best in a dimly light aquarium.

    Thats why I suggested a coral. Maybe a frogspawn or torch.

    My mantis doesn't seem to mind the LEDs and I see him out all the time.

    Yeah I was thinking about putting a hammer in there. He is under regular biocube lights which is 2 bulbs, one actinic and one 10,000k. I think they are 18 watts each. Is this too much?
