"Past Pain" - Deadliest Catch Finale (beautiful song)

If you're like me, I love hearing new music/artists. There's a lot I've heard on movies/tv shows.

I heard this beautiful gem of a song on the finale of the last season of Deadliest Catch. It plays at the very end of the episode with the touching montage of Josh talking about the future. It really struck a chord in me & I wanted to post it in case anyone heard it and wondered who it was.

no prob, yeah I looove this song, it really inspires me & I heard that he wrote it specifically for the passing of Captain Phil which was truly sad.

He reminds me of a Damien Rice, Ray LaMontagne, David Gray style.
