Anyone have any more to add to the list? Please give your reviews, and look over each light and make a recommendation. Think this would be a good sticky.
ReefBreeders comes up the cheapest by far! And has a good spectrum of colors. Hopefully he will chime in and maybe have par readings?

You should look at Boost as well. I really like the ecoxotic, I have been growing all sorts of coral on my 29 gallon with them. My only wish is that they were dimmable but I built a light rack that will adjust up and down and they are on timers so I can control the photoperiod. I got lucky and found some from a guy getting out of the hobby so I got them cheap.

Just price wise, i am thinking reefbreeders. His par 38 is the price of others par 30. And is full spectrum. Cant beat that!

Par 30 and 38 relates to the physical size of the bulb, not output.

The Reefbreeder's is 9.5 watts, and is out of stock, according to their website. Is shipping free?

    LEDTRiC is 18 watts.

    ecoxotic is 18 watts.

    Rapid LED is 19 watts.

FWIW, I have two similar Rapid LED units over my frag tank, and really like the color. They don't have the UV diodes.

Might look at the BoostLed Par30. They have a cool gooseneck you can get with it. 10 watts, but looks like pretty good PAR data at a decent depth. About $100 with the gooseneck. Several color combinations and optics options available.

So the question is, do you need/want an 8 watt unit or an 18 watt unit?

Are any of the 18 watters dimmable?
