As far as management goes, I think Don might be "the man."
I do admit that things were extremely slow in getting out since our systems have been down for the past week and a half. If you would rather exchange it for a whole new unit, then I will have it done and shipped out via Priority Mail. If you're not happy, we're not happy and we'll do everything to make it right.

Thanks Don. This was the service I was looking for after hearing rave reviews about your company. In fact I didn't even price shop. Just bought it straight from you. At this point, I really would feel better with a new unit that I didn't tinker with. How do I go about getting the broken unit to you?
I too have a Typhoon 5 stage 75g and it more water than I can use.
