    Right, but what rate can it get down to :p And I don't mean to dis the Tunze it's an awesome piece of equipment. The pump isn't my cup of tea though, otherwise I'd proabably own a few ;D

    Make sure what you get

    Don't be surprised if you order this unit and don't get the new features. I just ordered and received my unit (from Marine Depot) - first week of November - and received the older version without the new features.

    No distinction

    From what I could find, there is no distinction between the old and new with regards to part number/name.

    I have the old one and love it..........just bought it two months ago
    I use it for ATO and the pump fits nicely down the neck of a 5gal water jug from your LFS
