One of the Largest Torch Corals I have seen!

My LFS Has a bigger/more head hammer then that, Ill get a pic next time i go up their and work.

 

I guess I have never seen a purple/green hammer like this, only a torch and frogspawn.

 

But then again...Purple tip Green Hammer coral... - Reef Sanctuary Might need to change the topic title! This is VERY close to what my coral looks like...Thank you to the folks identifying this.

 

Well then your other torches are not torches I can guarantee you with 100% certainty that is not a torch. Torches have very small, perfectly round bulbs at the end of the tentacles. Hammers are very elongated and shaped like, well, the head of a hammer Frogspawns are right in between the two.

 

No matter what it is, it's a great looking coral. May I ask how much?

 

if that is a hammer which i think it is u dont want ur clowns in there they will tear it up big time

I agree that it is a Hammer Coral and not a Torch. Torches also have long tentacles. I am too curious on the price.

I have a small purple/neon hammer in my tank and I love it. Out of curiosity what are they asking for that beast?

 

looks just like the one I have now, I feed it brine every week anyway nice buy.
