Not sure what kind they are, but I got three heads on a piece of live rock. Trying to get a good pic but it's difficult as they are still pretty small.

Ok, managed to get a couple good ones.

Hey! You have the same xenia as me - about 2 months ago i convinced my lfs that he wanted to give me a small stalk for free. Now its completely covered the area i placed it.

A very good grower - maybe too good.

Nice looking frags wildreef! I was thinking of letting it spread to a big snail shell and getting credit at my LFS, would it better to let it spread to a rock instead?

I would go with live rock.. JMO.. I just took all of it out of my 5.5 gal. I seen a problem coming due to it spreading so fast... But I just have a puddle compared to your guys oceans.... LOL.....

    LOL

Looks like I'm off to my LFS tonight to find a small piece of LR to break into bits. Thanks for the suggestion, baugherb.

    Just a suggestion...

Move xenia rock away from other LR rock, as it will spread like lighting and be hard to keep under control.

Only keep rock next to it that you want it to migrate to.

    Good Luck!!!

Good call Omard. I think I'm going to slip some LR fragments around it to spread to so I can pull those frags out and sell them. If it jumps to my main LR I'll have to adjust flow or move it entirely. For now, I think they look great as a futur center piece to the tank. Thanks.
