All bulbs were changed about 4 mo ago when I was fighting GHA. So that is probably not the issue. I will fill out the form shortly. I checked Nitrates a week ago and came up 0-5ppm. P.S. How do you fill out the form and re-post it??

I just highlight it, cntl C, then cntl V into your post.....then start filling it out. Every once in a while I would re-highlight and save into your que so, just in case you hit an errant button, you don't lose everything.

I would raise your dkh just a bit, 9dkh is where I keep my tank. My test kit was faulty and dkh was at 6 for a while, and I noticed a large decline especially in SPS

I don't think lights affect alk. I used Reef Builder by Seachem to raise my alk without drastically changing pH. That over a few days combined with some water changes got me back up to 9 and everything improved nicely.
