What would I do with this led fixture?

I would add this really cool led light to the equipment collection I am building to start my very first reef tank. I have had a 35 gal. freshwater setup with cichlids for a couple of months and now have become addicted to marine setups. I want to start 35 gal. reef tank to be my first jump to saltwater. I have very little spare change for equipment and this would be a huge help. I am looking to get this set up in the next 6 monthes and would be delighted to post pictures of my new setup with this awesome led fixture.

    Thank you.

    1. This would let me turn my original 20L sump into an awesome nano tank in my room till I can afford to get the Red Sea Neo Nano I really want! :p
Then I could use it over top of that :jester:

2 & 3. Already a fan on facebook (billstine) commented on the contest post there and created a linked post on my facebook wall here.

A pic of the 20L sump before I swaped it out for a 40Breeder.

I would use it on this set up that I'm trying to get started

    <IMG style="WIDTH: 500px; ; WIDTH: expression(this.width > 500 ? 500 : true); CURSOR: pointer" onmouseover="if(this.width >= 500) {this.style.cursor='pointer';}" onclick="if(this.width >= 500) window.open('http://i809.photobucket.com/albums/zz12/southsidess1977/001.jpg','Image','toolbar=no, directories=no, status=no, menubar=no, scrollbars=no, resizable=yes');" border=0 alt="Click here to see the orignal image" src="http://i809.photobucket.com/albums/zz12/southsidess1977/001.jpg" onload="if(this.width >= 500) {this.alt='Click here to see the orignal image';}">

If I were to win the light I would be most happy considering Marineland gave one away to each table at the MACNA banquet and I was only one seat to left of winning it. (It would be mine already if I weren't such a nice guy and pulled the chair out for a lady to take a seat LOL)

I would use the light on my Tetra Halfmoon Nano

That way I would be able to provide my mantis a suitable environment and make her happier. She is a O. Havanensis and normally lives in dens chipped out of stony, branching corals. She's awesome and deserves the best.

    1. Well as most of you know I had a blow out about a year and half ago.
    http://www.3reef.com/forums/general-reef-topics/im-out-done-not-faint-heart-66097.html
and have been out of the hobby ever since.

    my freshwater tank: http://www.3reef.com/forums/freshwater-aquariums/strickland673s-25g-fresh-take-look-62891.html
recently crashed, everything died in the matter of 3 hours, so now I have a 25 Gallon tank left empty, and this light would replace my current 2X24W T5 fixture(CRAP!)and put me on my way to getting into the reef side of the hobby !!! instead of the FOWLR!!

    2. I am def a fan of 3Reef on FB!!!

    3. I linked the forum right under my display picture on Facebook!

OH.. what would I do... I have a 100% Starphire center overflow cube in the works that would be perfectly designed for this light. The tank is just a solid sheet of 7'x3'x1/2" starphire glass now, so it can be designed around this light to utilize its abilities perfectly.

    also a fan on facebook.

    Following Twitter

As it is just a sheet of glass, here is my current tank
