    That is a lot of flow... depends on what you want to keep. Softies and LPS won't appreciate it much.

    I have maybe 600gph for my 90 and it is more than enough flow to supply my equipment. There is no need to move water from sump to tank. Waste of power. Getting tank flow from a return pump is a waste of power too. Very inefficient.
