October Meeting for IRC (Indiana Reefers Club)

I wish you all weren't so far south, I'm up near South Bend :-/

 

We had to start something a little south because INDMAS never brings the meetings down this far from Indy.

 

They don't bring them this far north of Indy either

I guess there's some group around here but it's somewhat lame, oh well, maybe next time I'm waaaay south I'll try to make it to a meeting.

 

Sounds great as you are always welcome. Some may call our group lame but we have fun getting together and having a cookout. I just like to talk saltwater to someone that doesn't : their eyes like my wife.

 

+1!!! I cant imagine being able to talk about it and not hear "I swear all you do is talk about fish!" :

 

It's the other way around here, my fiance loves the tanks and the hobby but he doesn't quite grasp all the techie stuff and chemistry part of all of it.

When I told him I was going to get rid of the wet/dry and make my own refugium & sump he thought I was nuts, as much explaining I tried to do I still don't think he totally gets it, at least he's supportive though

 

Just a reminder that I need a RSVP so I know how much meat to lay out.

 

What kind of side dish you want us to bring otty?

 

What ever you can fix, corn, beans, macaroni....etc or some dessert. ;D
