Yeah...they are brownish. Are they nice once opened? They don't seem to have many tentacles....

They are pretty cool. Almost got a rock w/ about 30 "heads" of these on them. I don't think you can really call them heads since they are all connected.

The one in the second picture opened a little towards the end of the day yesterday. It had a brown looking star on it. It closed back up when my tank snafooded last night. Chiller developed a leak and lost about 5 gallons or so of water. Pumps melted. Bad situation.

Awesome!! That's really good to know. I appreciate it. I'll post up more pics as soon as I can.

I read about that, I'm sorry. Everything will work out! If it's nice and you get some good growth maybe we can do some frag bartering!! LOL

Nice!! That's how my purple ball of polyps looks. Half open, half shut.
Is that star polyps? Looks good!!
I have some SPS looking thing that I think I'll be bringing to the LFS. I can't do SPS quite yet and I have no idea what it is.....:(

Let me get a pic of it!

When I got....whatever it is....it was yellowish with green and brownish patches of algae. I'd say it's a heck of a lot better now but I still don't have intense lighting most likely required for it.
