    What a fun thread ;D I just caught up. Thanks for all the thoughts.

    Like several have said, whether or not this is grey area, depends on your position. It can be B&W or Grey... depends on your POV.

    My POV was that this lady had no business pushing for the sign until after getting feedback from the neighborhood.

    Doesnt Texas have a castle law? There are VERY few solicitors here, mostly due to our own castle law. And it is exercised quite frequently out here. You just do not enter someone's property, period.
    I think I have had one solicitor in the past 5 years or so.
