    Update: I traced out the fans on each side then using my trusty dremel rough cut the hole

    then using trusty dremel (again) removed about 3/8" of wood around out line of fan counter sinking it

    Looking good. Is one fan going to be pointed inwards and 1 outwards or both inwards with the back opened like that?
