    hey everybody its been a while since ive posted how is everybodys reef???hope it is growing!....anyways i recently purchased a coral from a lfs near my job and dont know what it is exactly...guy told me it was moon but it looks(and the skeleton as well) like acan! could you guys take a look and give me some input! thanks

    searched around for you and i believe it is a type of moon/brain coral. if so it is a favites sp. since the corraline walls are fused together. pretty nice piece i have a favia sp with similar colors. i noticed that feeding twice a week kept the colors brilliant on mine. good luck hope that helped.

    the thing is the walls are not fused together...it is just a bad pic! thats why i dont think it is echinata

    hmm possibly favia sp moon then but the mouths are a little different from mine.
