It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Very cool, right up my alley. I wanted to do something similar but did not have the time or motivation.

Petco has their $/gallon sale till the 24th so will go and pick up a 40 breeder for the sump, was gonna reuse the current 29 gallon sump but think bigger is better, don't we all :D.

    Just a little.

Top & bottom frames, just painted the legs.
The bottom frame will have one more pair of cross pieces in it, have to leave it off till the legs are on/

I have to apologize for my stupidity. OK got me too. I truly look up to fellow women reefers especially when their work is extremely beautiful. Great work on your build. Great attention to detail.

I don't see any stupidity unless I just missed it. Thank you for the compliment.

I'm changing the trim design a little, the waves (now the top trim) on the sides and each half of the front will be coming towards the center where there will be a corbel that looks like a larger wave crashing towards you. Also the top piece of wood will be slightly curved to accommodate the corbel, it won't be carrying any of the tank's weight. I have access to a laser cutter/engraver so for the waves on the trim and the 12 nautilus shell corner pieces I just need to draw and scan the patterns in (thank god). The kelp and drifted sand at the bottom (another change) will be done by hand. I'll post a drawing later.

For the trim I have reclaimed oak from 4 rails of a twin bed someone was throwing out at my apartment complex. The box for the electrical stuff is also reclaimed, from a small dresser drawer.

    As you, I thought ofk(oldfishkeeper) was a male. I should've clarified that. That's why I'm sorry.
