Well this a bit wild... I got a new tank. :)

2-3 years ago I was running a 20 long nano that hit the skids when I got a demanding job and overstocked frankly... I've been itching for another one but the job kept me in the database world and away from 3reef more than I would have liked.

Now if you have noticed I've been around a lot, it is because I no longer have that job. I am looking at some other stuff but in the meantime, I am cranking on 3reef, trying to do the many things I want to do now.

Like have a saltwater aquarium. :)

So I recently got a good deal on a Neo Nano and I am psyched! 8)

I've been a big fan of these tanks since I saw one at IMAC West this year. I knew this was going to my new tank right away. I can't wait to get it going! I am currently trying to work out some trades for a halide lamp and a skimmer. Once I have that settled, I should be off to the races! I will start a thread in 'show off your fish tanks' board as soon as I can.

I have also hounded the people at Deep Sea Aquatics - makers of the Neo Nano. They are great people and I convinced them to become a sponsor here! 8) I can't give a full review yet, but I am impressed with the build - 1/2 inch glass, rimless, big sump, unique design. Check out the pic of it in my living room below...

    Yea! :)

I've come to like the looks of wide, deep, shallow tanks such as the one you've got. I guess they call those "cubes?" My buddy Wally has got a 180 that's about 48"x48"x18"high. I really like the looks of it.

Nice tank, Kingfish! I know you can't wait and you're awfully excited, but someone once said, "Go slow. .. " and all. :)
