    ( yes using screws is the best way , they dont back out over time when the wood expands and contracts with moisture. )

    Since we're dealing with aquarium stands, and there will always be moisture, nails are worthless. Screws keep things tight!

    If I remember correctly, this thread is about building a stand and all I see is 4 misly(sp) pics and one of them is not the stand. So in reality, only three pics. Instead, this thread has become spanish101.:hehe: Quien fue el bobo que se machuco el dedo? lol When posting a thread about building a stand, one MUST post step-by-step pics to show the progress. This is unacceptable!!!! Luna

    That's a nasty insult to the thumb. Hope it's feeling better.

    Have you done any more work on the stand? It's looking good so far, though I don't yet see the vertical support members in place.
