    Yes they are, the law pemits one per person with a fishing license. But they are native, yet very rare. And when you do find them, their so beutiful, you rather they stay in the ocean.

    It keeps life exciting!! Hurricanes are good, its mother natures way to keep the planet cool, and florida a disaster zone. Plus it makes many new employment(roofing, shutters, stump removal, insurance adjusters....) while taking many away. Yeah hurricane do suck!!
