    what kind of lights are they again? if there just plain fluorescent and you're gonna keep corals then you cant use those. either LEDs, T5's, or metal halides are good for corals

    well I bought t5 HO, so I have those. but I have whatever the other ones are too. I think they are just flourescent. but can I use both sets at the same time?

    I wouldn't use the fluorescent, it might fuel algae to grow.

    I wouldnt use the florescent, as far as I know there would be no benefit, and would probably cause issues with algae

    just put picturesof my tank up. theres no rocks or water yet, so its pretty pathetic, lol but im anxious to do something with it :)
