I've gone through 2 mandarins so far. Picky eaters and they eat a lot. I had 2 years worth of pods in my 29, and my mandarin died of starvation after a month.

a 29g is way to small, in that tank you need a large fuge with a huge supply of pods, a mandarin will go through 1000+ pods a day

no Brennan, you do not. Most people say that you need at least 100 gallons or something but thats not necessary anymore. We can overcome that; We HAVE the technology... LOL always wanted to do that XD but as for the pods... as long as u raise them in a fuge and have a good amount then a 29 gallon would be perfectly fine

...Thats what I said. And I qoute "a 29g is way to small, in that tank you need a large fuge with a huge supply of pods" I said his tank is too small unless he has a fuge with a large supply of pods. I meant that the tank alone could not house a mandarin unless it had a fuge.
