I know a lot go to Sacramento and Roseville, even down to the bay besides heading up to Tahoe.

 

I got to sac and roseville a lot. I do it randomly normally after I get paid . Your reef is great and so is h2o.

Cool, I'm going to head down there on my lunch today. I'll let ya know how it looks.

 

Ok i went in today. He is off to a great start. He is just starting off, and as he said he still some to learn about commercial saltwater. But I think its going to be great once he is fully up and running. Go by and check it out. He is real nice and showed me the whole setup.

stopped by today pretty cool place
he gave me the full tour of the tanks that are set up so far
he has some light stock in a couple of them and the cycle looks like it's just ending
the other 9 fish tanks are still cycling

one thing though, make sure not to use the water from his fish only tanks, he uses copper in them to try and keep the fish ich free

he said in the spring time he will be getting the coral/reef tanks set up
and also do you remember that big 4x4 tank from offishal? he got it and he will be using it for live rock

I picked up a false perc to pair up with my clown but ill put up some pics later in my build thread

 

He said that he was going to put signs up saying the FO tanks have copper so everyone would know. He also talked to me about winter, being a pond store he usually closes for the winter months. He did say he was thinking about giving anyone his phone number, and you could call in advance and he would go to the store to meet you, or maybe staying open for 1 or 2 days a week. He just isn't sure if there is enough people for the saltwater to stay open everyday all winter. Definitely sounds promising, but we need to support him if we want a LFS other than the chain stores.
