    thats a nice piece Siddique

    snail droppings from upper level snail activity landing on these flatish corals with indentations is something I have learned to use as an indicator of adequate flow, if nothing settles on it, then your indirect flow is ideal

    I'll give it a try sometime this week when it settles in well.

    Thanks Steve. Good idea, I'll look out for that, Although I only have one snail in the tank. It's a turbo snail that came on the monti. Free turbo snail yay;D I usually just dangle a piece of twine/string where the coral is situated and observe the flow. A piece of fishing line tied to a piece of coral rubble as an anchor works well.

    Confusa has nudibranchs on it. So I fell like pulling out my hair...:angry:
    Will a lugol's dip work?

    It will work on the adults only. Not the eggs. Do you have any other montis in the tank?

    Yep I have two other small monti cap frags.
