It is a dry heat, yeah right !

Yes Frogspawn, Torch, Hammer (aka Anchor) are all Euphyllias.

Seems odd these are fairly hardy corals. Bacterial infections from tissue injury during transport can be an issue.

I believe Vinny is referring to the "hosting" issue. Corals/anemone and sometimes inaminate objects host. Clown fish do not host. It's a common error in syntax.

Think of it like a dinner party, the guest go to the house, the house does not go to the guest (usually) hence host.

Haha, I'm not going anywhere. When I got home today the FS was almost all the way extended. It's about 85% out so I hope it'll be out all the by tomorrow.

Yea, I was pretty excited. It was all the way out by around 5 so I spot fed it some mysis and it devoured it within seconds haha. Would feeing it like that twice a week be a good schedule or should it be more or less? Thanks guys for you help.

I target feed once a week...but that is relative to each individual and the tank habitats..It, frogspawn, gets most nutrients from photosynthesis..but due to the biological make up and some symbiotic relationships within this species..it does require some actual food..like mysis or many other regularly used food for reef creatures...but your call there...maybe someone else will comment who knows a bit more...but mine is growing great at once a week, moderate flow and middle/top of the tank (T5's) :)
