New Frag- Red Planet?

    I traded for this today.

    I researched it some, and after seeing this, I think I already have a small piece growing near my Rose Acopora!

    Here's the frag, it's polyps opened and extended right away!
    This one is sort of plating- but I've seen them grow up on pictures.
    I did see Cheryl's post of hers also.

    Really tough to say. Could be. Mine has a similar green base and polyp color, but the structure i am unsure of.

    You may already know, but the only true way to 100% ID an acro is to look at the corallites of a dead specimen.

    Could be red planet, could be a similar morph. its hard to say considering the size.

    Beautiful color regardless.

    I saw a pic of the female reefers frags- larger ones- and they look like other pics for a Red Panet.

    We'll she how it gorws out

    Lower light=more green base

    Higher light=more red tips.

    When I had my iPhone I downloaded a free camera app that was far better than the stock one. It's called camera+ . Just an FYI
